“I approach therapy with a focused care and curiosity for what is coming forth from the client. I combine cognitive awareness with creative-expressive modalities to facilitate one’s unique therapeutic process. It is my honor to hold sacred space for you and create an atmosphere of possibility so that you may change, grow and rediscover meaning for your life’s work at this time. I find counseling to essentially be about remembering how to love ourselves and how to be in right relationship with all that is around us.”
