Don’t these faces say it all!
Well I will get around to having my face in there too…but I wanted the pups to get a little press time all by themselves! The husky mix is called “Kioko” – born with happiness in Japanese and the brown one is “Suki” – also Japanese. They were both named at the shelter where I adopted them. Kioko is a bit skittish and Suki acts a bit like a princess. I remember the first time Suki met Jim Nolan, SWC president. She hopped up on a chair with her paws on the back of the seat and barked in his face. Eek. How is that for a first impression! I wondered what she said to him.
Anyway, these two are the best! They definitely make me – Dru Phoenix – a better person all around!
