Relocating to Santa Fe
Many SWC students opt for shared housing to cut down on monthly costs while in school. This can potentially save you around $200-$300 per month. Shared housing opportunities can be found in the local papers and posted on bulletin boards around town. At your request, we can also send you an email of housing postings we receive at the school.
We have created the Southwestern College Relocation Guide to address some of your questions about the rental market and neighborhoods of Santa Fe. To get a sense of the neighborhoods in Santa Fe, this link from City Different Realty could also be helpful.
