- Citizens wants to honor the dedication of students and families pursuing higher learning! No essays, no report cards—just a couple easy steps and you’re entered. The Citizens Scholarship is giving away $2,500 every month to students and parents. If you don’t win this month, you could win next month, and you’re automatically entered for the annual grand prize of $15,000. With all that, you’re made ready for success. Open to legal residents of the 50 United States, Washington D.C., and United States Territories who are 16 years of age or older and are Prospective Students (defined below) or parents/legal guardians of Prospective Students.
- A Prospective Student is defined as a person intending to enroll, or enrolled at least half-time, in an accredited undergraduate/graduate post-secondary institution within one (1) year of winning an award.
