Program Overview
We invite you to embark on a learner-teacher-leader journey by joining our consciousness-centered master’s degree program at Southwestern College. Along this transformational journey, you will be guided and supported by a diverse group of inspiring, passionate, and visionary faculty who will honor your inner wisdom and unique path. At Southwestern College, we believe that true agents of transformation will naturally embrace a commitment to transforming their consciousness in service of others. We define consciousness as “the capacity and willingness to live life with intentionality and the highest possible level of awareness regarding our purpose for being here.”
The Transformational Teaching, Learning, and Leadership (MA TTLL) degree is designed for individuals in teaching and other service professions who seek to journey into the self to explore and nurture their soul’s calling and forge their own authentic path as learners, teachers, and leaders. This holistic master’s degree program provides a transformational learning experience that engages the intellectual, spiritual, emotional, and somatic dimensions of the human experience. Consciousness is woven into the curriculum, and the courses are designed to cultivate reflective inquiry, self-awareness, and presence, which are integral to both personal and professional growth.
