Elizabeth is a licensed social worker and licensed school social worker with nearly a decade of experience working in public schools. As a school social worker and program coordinator, Elizabeth has developed a unique, student-centered capstone project meant to provide an attainable, substantive graduation pathway for high schools students in need of flexible options. Additionally, Elizabeth has developed innovative literacy programming that emphasizes multi-generational literacy as a tool for healthy attachment. Elizabeth is also a mental health clinician, a certified Breathwork Facilitator, and a certified Circle of Security Attachment Facilitator. In her psychotherapy practice, Elizabeth specializes in EMDR, Polyvagal Theory, and Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction, offering her clients a holistic and well-rounded approach to healing and emotional regulation.
