• Residency 1 – Transformational Learning Realm: The Invitation to Journey Inward – This five-day residency provides you with rich opportunities for community building and networking with your peers and faculty. You will begin with an exploration of the self and your practice as a foundation for rediscovering your passion and calling and how they impact and inform your teaching. You will engage in healing circles, critical conversations, reimagining, tapping and regaining trust in your inner wisdom, practicing presence, exploring your intentions, and paving a path for self-care.

Realm 2: Self as Teacher

• Residency 2 – Transformational Teaching Realm: The Adventure, Looking Inward, Outward, and Beyond – This four-day residency immerses you in methods for bringing transformational processes into your sphere of influence. You will cultivate your inner voice and wisdom and expand your understanding of transformational teaching and learning. You will explore how your intentions translate into your role, situating your authentic self within your profession. Courses designed for this realm explore these concepts in further depth. Sharing Passion project details (Proposal, mentoring, coursework).

• Residency 3 – Transformational Leadership Realm: The Return, Regenerating and Expressing the Self in Community with Others – This three-day residency culminates your journey and celebrates your learning, merging the three realms you have traversed through the program. The residency activities will support the next phase of your journey as you share your Passion Project and findings and envision your path forward.
