There are a number of alum who are working with veterans or military families. One is a friend of mine. In the past year, Wendy has been to Alaska, Germany, Utah and two times to Japan to work with military families. After she graduated she received additional training in addictions and working with youth. She is amazing! I have had the great pleasure of receiving her slideshows online of wherever she is at and it is great to tag-along with her a bit and experience the cultures. Wendy’s home base is still Santa Fe, but she is privileged to meet people all over the world and I love her stories about Japan.
