Melissa Pickett, MA, LPC

Melissa Pickett, MA, LPCC, President of Soulways Center for Conscious Evolution, describes herself as a student of evolutionary inquiry, a visionary and a change agent.  Through her work as a licensed counselor, wisdom teacher and ecumenical minister, she devotes her lifework and the work of SoulWays Center to the advancement of Conscious Evolution, empowering individuals and the groups she leads to develop evolutionary competence so that they can create their desired future.  A graduate of Southwestern College, she has been in private practice in Santa Fe since 2000.

For nine years prior to 2000, she was the President of Performance Edge, Inc., an oganizational development and marketing consulting firm,  and prior to 1991, she had a 16- year corporate career in the financial services industry.
